Darren Smith

Founder/CEO

Darren has over 18 years experience in professional services, distribution and manufacturing and he has started and sold two companies. His industry experience includes professional associations, architecture/engineering /construction, industrial and healthcare.

He speaks regularly on the subjects of strategy, coaching, leadership, international business, and business development. Darren's audiences have ranged from the Business School at the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana to the local chapter of the Associated General Contractors in Austin, Texas.

Darren is a graduate of Texas A&M University with degree work in Marketing, Political Science and Philosophy. In addition, he has completed the Executive and Professional Coaching Graduate Program at the University of Texas at Dallas as well as post-graduate studies in International Business and Trade. Darren is married with 4 children.

Darren’s clients both domestic and international include HKS Architecture, Tau Kappa Epsilon International Fraternity, Staubach Company, Texas Society of Association Executives, Mrs Baird’s Bread, Halff Associates and Kia Automobile. His work experiences have taken him to twenty countries.
