The same people who think this way, are the people who also probably think religion is for fools.
My position is we can’t do everything ourselves.
It’s a classic story line in successful books and movies. The main character rises to the top, treats others around them poorly along the way, they fail, they learn they really do need others in the long-run to succeed AND be happy. Finally, in the end, they have a change of heart and live happily ever after with those around them and enjoy more success and happiness than at any time in the past.
Ironically, more people buy-in to this story line approach than they buy-in to this approach in their personal life based on my experience and observation. The approach that we need God and we need others to succeed AND be happy in the long-run hopefully becomes more prevalent in the work place through collaborating deeper.
