I ran across the following quote –

It’s difficult to be collaborative 24/7. It’s easier to pick spots to be collaborative, especially when you’re starting-out. In your business or the life of a project, pick a recurring issue to solve through collaboration that would make the biggest difference and earn a small ‘win’…
