What I notice working with leaders, especially the last few years is most are overwhelmed. Minimize overwhelm by making sincerely and simplicity standard practice in your organization.
Sincerity is expressed in words. Simplicity is expressed in actions.
Sincerity is telling the unvarnished truth about your thoughts and feelings in an understanding way – in other words, ‘how’ you say it is as important as ‘what’ you say.
Simplicity is leading an integrated life. You are the same in private as you are in public. You treat your family members day to day as well as you do your work family and you’re as loyal and forgiving of your work family as you are your family.
Result? Less drama that drains your energy and more time available to do the things that energize you – develop team members, implement strategy and business development.
