The biggest obstacle to integrity is when your perception of who you are or character is out-of-sync with who you really are. In other words, how you show-up to others.

Here’s an example – Winston, the CEO creates a new policy and everyone must follow the policy.

But, Winston’s the worst violator! He’s out-of-sync and doesn’t know it because he doesn’t know who he is.

Can he expect others to see him as a leader? Does he have integrity? Why? Who is an example of a leader that knows who they are and are in integrity?

Can you lead yourself or a company to integrity if you don’t know who you are?
