It’s a new week and I reached-out to a few people I haven’t visited with in a while as I tend to do on a monthly basis and would like to pass-on an idea from one of those conversations.

Make a list of all the things you do when you’re most at peace, e.g. pray, play with your kids in a meaningful way, sleep, act rather than react at work, do something new, however humble and complete goals in a priority order.

Now, do those things one day per week, then steadily increase the frequency until you reach where you want to be.
