What is integrity? Clearly connecting your identity and your work. How? You make your identity visible (purpose, principles, etc…) and measurable like your work.
What does it look like to achieve integrity? You’re the same person in every domain of your life, especially when things are not going well. What’s the result? The result of integrity is consistency, credibility, and referability.
