Some say, with their actions, the business of business is business, not people. What’s an example? Investing in professional development such as a new skill. Is the new skill to enrich the person or to enrich the business?

Some say, with their actions, the business of business is people. What’s an example? Investing time in personal development such helping someone set the bar for themselves in terms of what ‘great’ means for them, set goals, show them how to use a feedback loop, and make incremental progress forward.
